Roland Unveils Unique Retail Experience with New “Roland Store”
LOS ANGELES–(COMMERCIAL THREAD) – Roland is proud to announce an expanded “Roland Store” experience at select retailers in the United States and around the world. Roland has developed a new technology for stores, dubbed âAudience Specific Experience ASXâ, which controls lighting, video and audio in spaces and can be changed with the push of a button to adapt the environment to the tastes of every customer. Roland launched the technology in 2020 and currently operates ten of the world’s newest store formats, with expansion into new markets slated for 2022. With the retail rebound, and 45% of US consumers reporting that they’ll be looking for gifts in-store, and the all-important Gen Z cohort is increasing their time in-store this holiday season, creating unique shopping experiences has never been more relevant. As retailers continue to compete with e-commerce sites, Roland knows this experience will help them continue to build relationships with consumers in the store.
